Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the order.

During particularly busy periods, promotions or holidays, the processing time may be longer.

Delivery time

Expected delivery time:

Denmark: 5-10 business days

EU: 7-14 business days

Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, customs clearance and local conditions.

Shipping prices

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and chosen delivery method.

Any campaigns with free shipping will be clearly stated on the website.

Order tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delayed deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carriers
Customs processing
Natural disasters
Strikes
Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct when ordering.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipping fee may be charged for re-shipment.
